At around 6pm we met up with the other five. Today they decided to start drinking at noon and made their own "Homemade Pub Crawl" t-shirts and added the bars on their shirts as they went to them. It was pretty hysterical and everyone who asked about the shirts had to sign them. When we went out to dinner that night, just walking down the street there were handfuls of people who said hey and recognized them. Later that night I had to make my own bootleg "Homemade Pub Crawl Wannabe" shirt.
We all had another amazing night until there was one "small" problem
. During the course of the night we had split up when three people went somewhere to eat. Well on the way back to the hostel (it was Viv, Nicole and Tim) Viv left her purse in the taxi. She didn't realize it until the taxi had just driven away. They tried calling the taxi service, filed a police report and then finally had to go to the US Embassy. She had EVERYTHING in her purse...I'm talking a $600 Canon camera, $500 in cash (her debit card expired today so she had taken out enough money for the rest of the trip), her passport, all her credit cards and every form of identification she had. I don't think it could have been any worse. The three of them hung out at the US Embassy until they were told they would have to come back in the morning. I feel horrible for her. I don't even know what I would do. We'll see what happens in the morning.
HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY JUSTINE!!
Today me, Megan and Brittany went to visit a small town called Howth. It is right outside Dublin and is on the Irish Sea. It was really beautiful there. You could walk all along the coast. We also walked around the town a little bit. It is not very touristy so we ate at a small cafe and had sandwiches and then found a neat little shop where we bought some Christmas presents.
