I made it to Buffalo from Seattle/Tacoma airport after a three hour lay over in Atlanta on Wednesday. My brother Bobby came to pick me up. On the way we got some Buffalo wings, hah go figure, and i got a tour of the surrounding neighborhoods. The houses reminded me of the cute little houses we saw in Portland OR. As we arrived i got to see my baby niece Lily for the first time!!! it was love at first sight! ;) She also had a photo shoot on this day for fisher-price. Bobby is a proud dada... I got to witness the routine of Bobby giving her a bath, and putting her to sleep at night. Even though it was raining, Bobby closed the window and blinds and played soft rain sounds in the background to help Lilly fall asleep. Hey what ever works! On Thursday Bobby went to work while Linda, Lily, Jeff, (their roommate), and i went with Linda's friend Missy & her baby Elijah for lunch at Cecilia's and a st role around downtown. When we returned back to the apartment, Lily whose been teething, tried to take a bite out of the wall in the kitchen! I caught site of this however, and she immediately stopped this action. She seems desperate for anything and everything she can snag to swing into her mouth and munch on. nom nom. Then last night, when i went to feed her with the spoon instead of my brother Bobby feeding her, she was doing very well! At this Bobby was all like "how come you're doing so well with her & not me?" to Lily.  She shrugged her shoulders with her arms on her side while looking up! It was so cute. It was as if she knew what he was saying! Today the four of us, Linda, Lily, Jeff, & i went to BJs & Weghmans grocery stores, & came back. I bought ingredients to make a blackberry pie with! yum! Oh & i also got some laundry done this week. here's some pics...
