Including a stop for lunch it took about 12 hours to get here.  We also stopped in Gatlinburg for dinner before entering the park.  We stopped at the rest area which sits on the Tennessee-North Carolina border.  We then went to Clingmans Dome before going to our cabin on the North Carolina Side.  We spent 2 nights here.  The second day we spent exploring areas near our cabin.
