We arrived in Paris late in the afternoon on July 9. We figured out the metro real quick and headed to our apartment which is just south of the Seine River and just west of Notre Dame in the Latin Quarter. We bought a 4 day museum pass and wore ourselves out with the Sewer Tour, The Louvre, Musee Rodin, Musee Orsay, Monet Museum, L'Orangerie, Saint Chappelle, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer, etc.

And we happened to be in town for Bastille day and all of the celebrations.
