Where I stayed
Today we woke up to a gorgeous day, sunshine is following us around the world! After a short trip to the Pharmacy to pick us some essentials we met up with Anita and Oscar, our tour guides for the day. They went out of their way to make sure we see everything that Vancouver has to offer, the only thing missing is the little flag that tour guides carry to have the crowd follow them. We visited their condo in Yaletown. The house is lovely decorated and has a beautiful view over False Creek, the Olympic BC stadium and Yaletown. It must have been very nice staying there during last winter Olympics, in the middle of it all. For lunch we met up with Anita's sister, Elsa, a talented part time photographer who offered to do a photo shoot of us. We strolled around Yaletown and the to take photos. In the afternoon we drove around Vancouver to look at the beaches, the University and Gastown. We enjoyed out dinner at a very odd Korean BBQ place in Kitsilano. The food was good, but the service very unfriendly.
