Spero (my brother) and Emily (my cousin) left today for 2 weeks. They went to Cotonou to visit Emily's family. I like how I never know things until the minute they are happening. Like when Grand-mere went to visit her other son, and when the cousin of Papa's came to visit Grand-pere...none of these things are told to me, at least not in FRENCH...maybe they tell me in Fon or Adjah.
Today, I received my Rabies shot #2. (I think I'm up to 7 or 8 immunizations now.)
Dinner was AWESOME today!! It was a lettuce salad with non-sautéed tomatoes, raw onion, 8 fries (placed for looks on the plate, 2 at 12, 3, 6, and 9), hard boiled egg pieces, and noodles in the center, with a vinaigrette dressing that was to die for. French bread and pineapple accompanied the salad. It was sooooo good!!!
