Oh dear think I spoke too soon. Have been really ill for past three days. Have tried to enjoy the temples in Patan and Kathmandu Dunbar Square but all the sun and incense made me even sicker. Have not been eating anything and if any more Dhal Bhat is served up I might just give up food for good! The Temples are very impressive and the numbers that go to worship regularly are surprising. Although the fumes from all the traffic and all the people are getting under my skin a little now. Would give anything for a beach and some sea air. Not very good few days, although on the positive side I have managed to get out of the language class for at least a day.
