Hi Friends and Family,

I hope you are all doing well. Is it getting cold where you are? Well, if you need a break from the snow and cold weather in a couple of months, you are welcome to visit me here in the sun and warmth that lasts 365 days.

You never know I might need a break from the heat in a few months.

I've finally uploaded some pictures from training. I wish I had more, but I had camera difficulties and lost alot of them. Enjoy!
