Nha Thrang was for beach, diving and drinking from what we read, so we headed down that direction on the first morning asap. The first day was absolutely roasting, n we spent it in the shade, on rented beach chairs, silently mocking the fatty's on the beach in the speedos.............absolutely everywhere, and alot of them were Russian!! we tried out a few of the guide book's bar's that night which were middling to say the best.
I headed off early the next day to meet the dive instructor, and roughly planned the trip (only $45 dollars for 2 boat dives!!). We put in the next few days rambling round between beach, backpacker bars and playin inordinate amounts of connect 4!!!
Nha Thrang came to an end with an overnight train to Saigon and our unexpected trip to Ireland for a few days!!
