I have not done the tourist bus in London before so have no real feel for the city above the Tube network. Driving around the streets (slowly, in the rain) gives us a better perspective for the extensive inner city and it's many landmarks.
After lunch, we exit the bus at Tower Bridge for a walk and closer look at the outside of the Tower of London, then catch a river ferry back to Westminster and finally the bus home.
It's 4pm and Grandma is spent. We have a cuppa while Ian explores old haunts in Marylebone. The weather reports on the TV show flooding in the countryside. We hope that the bad forecasts will pass by the time we head west...
Past blogs seem to have developed a theme in either titles or photos. With today's activities, it seems like English TV or film titles might be the way this time!

We had a massive thunderstorm here yesterday too and the weather is cloudy today...l.l maybe we all did something wrong in another life and this is karma.....
