Today is our last day in Bournemouth. I don't have anything planned this morning except to get my travelogues all posted. I woke up at 7:20am with the feeling of what to do from my To Do list. Do I work on travelogues? Do I pack to see if I can get everything home? Do I iron clothes? What? I decided to do a trial pack and see if everything fit into my small case as it did when I arrived. Not too bad. Not too terribly tight either. My backpack is quite a bit heavier but I've been good with the souvenir buying and kept to things that didn't take up too much space (postcards, magnets, etc.).

I've been washing my tops in the sink and hanging them over the towel rack to dry over night. Some of the tops are pretty wrinkled so I thought I'd iron everything now so I can pack up the travel iron I borrowed from a friend. Now that little device is the best thing ever. The trouser press we have in our rooms doesn't do anything except press in the wrinkles that are already there. I guess I had something different in mind when I saw "trouser press" on the list of amenities for the hotel.

I took a shower and got ready and after calling Matt and Tory and not getting an answer headed down to breakfast to see if they were there. Breakfast ends on Sundays at 10am so I just made it and there they were. I had a bite to eat and we decided to get all our travelogues done before planning anything else for the day. The goal is to finish and send out our last travelogue today since we leave early in the morning for the airport. Today is our last day of the exchange... technically. I will also have to turn in the laptop I've been using since the demise of my own. We are planning our last social get-together this evening with Roy, Jacob, Claire, and Louise. Not sure yet where we're going but Louise is trying to get it all planned. I have to turn in the laptop to Roy tonight so I won't be able to log where we go and what we do this evening. Sorry about that. The travelogue is a lot of work but it's nice to document everything. I can tell from the number of hits on my travelogue that many of you are at least visiting the site... I'm guessing you're interested in the photos and perhaps skimming the text.

I hope you enjoyed reading about my faculty exchange. It was definitely an experience I won't forget and would do again in a heartbeat. Bye for now!
