This morning, I ran 10 miles around Lagoa, Leblon, Ipanema, then back to Mariana's mom's house in Jardim Botanico. Next time, I will wear sunscreen so that I don't further burn my arms and shoulders leaving me with white bands from my watch and mp3 player.
In the afternoon, Mariana, Bia, and I went to lunch and laid out on the beach in Ipanema.
