Leaving Apollo Bay it was straight back onto the Great Ocean Road to continue our drive.
I was quite keen on going to the CrayPot Bistro for dinner but they did not serve food until the evening, and it did not seem sensible to spend the rest of the day hanging around for a meal.
Dominik continued his Fish & Chips tour of Australia by sampling the local fare in Port Campbell.
Introduction to Minimum(?) Chips
Finished GOR via all the sights inc London Bridge, Blowhole and Thunder Cave (all past Port Campbell). Some of the limestone cliffs along Port Campbell National Park more impressive than 12 Apostles.
Arrived in Warrnambool and headed for Logans Beach for whale watching (2 spotted a fortnight ago). They give birth here during the winter (warmer waters).
Not so nice town, everything related to Whales though (Whale emblems everywhere, cashing in)
Hostel was ok, $18 but free icecream after I checked out in morning.
