We've been looking forward to a day without a crazy travel schedule and it's here! After a good sleep in, considering that most bedtimes have been après 11pm, it was very welcome, we headed toward Arches National Park here in Moab.

The landscape was unlike anything that we have ever seen before, although Jaxson did find it fascinating that we appeared to be in Radiator Springs, home of Lightning McQueen. It was hot today, and despite the RV attempting to keep cool with the A/C it was a challenge. We hiked several of the arch trails and took a ton of beautiful pictures. We hope you enjoy a sample that I have included in the blog. Some of the highlights included the North and South Windows, the Parade of Elephants, Balanced Rock, The Three Gossips and the iconic Delicate Arch, found on every license plate in Utah.

After a grocery trip, we enjoyed some pool time back at the RV park and a hot dog barbecue, which was very popular with the clientele.

A game of Chutes and Ladders to wrap up a long and hot, beautiful high desert day!
