I ate lunch at my parent's house and waited for Liz to come pick me up. We made plans to drive to Parker’s house in Maryland to meet her new baby girl Julianna. The drive should have only taken like an hour and a half, but we got caught in a heavy downpour and some traffic. We still ended up making it in good time and had a nice afternoon hanging out with Parker and Julianna. She is so cute and was pretty good while we were there. She only got a little bit fussy, but was pretty easily calmed down. After a while Liz decided that we should head out since we had to drive back and she has to work tomorrow. I ended up driving us home because Liz was so tired and we had a much better trip home. No rain and not too much traffic.
