On our way to Madison I saw a little cheese place and decided to pull in to get some Wisconsin cheese. The place was Arena Cheese, Inc and you could watch cheese being made from the store. They had a good selection and we decided to get the caliente Colby, a salami and a great cheese slicer. When we finished up our purchase we headed on our way.
