After finishing up in Forks we headed to Lake Crescent. This lake is massive and we drove along it for a while before we could pull in to park near the Lake Crescent Lodge. Lake Crescent is a dark-blue glacial lake framed by thick fir forests. We walked down to the lake and it was so clear you could see right down to the bottom. We both decided it would have been fun to go out in a boat and see how far down you could see in deeper water. It really was gorgeous all around the lake though. We also caught sight of a buck, which I was able to get a picture of.
