After we left the forest we continued on our quest to the Grand Canyon. We decided to stop at the Jack Rabbit Trading Post. This proved to be a great idea for a couple of reasons. First, there was a spectacular Photo op in a giant Jack Rabbit out side of the store. We all took our turns climbing on board for our pictures, including Mom who turned out to be not so great at mounting a Jack Rabbit. With a little help from Jared and me, she got on, which was a good thing because her picture turned out to be so cute. Inside the store we found a bunch of neat little things, including a knock off version of Boone's Farm called Blue Bonnet’s (of course that could be reversed). The lady gave us brown paper bags that were a little small for the bottle but were stamped with a Jack Rabbit so that made them interesting. Mom and Dad also picked up a few little knick knacks for Philip, Kristen and Peter but of course we can’t divulge that information or it would ruin their surprise.
