Wednesday, April 13th

This morning we slept in some and then packed up the RV to get ready to head out. Before heading out we took off Nash's bandage so we could check it, apply some more Neosporin, and bandage it back up again. It is looking pretty good and doesn't seem to be bothering him as much when I touch it.  The one spot where there was a flap of his pad was down really well so I didn't lift it up. The larger flap was lifted up still so I put more Neosporin in there and put the flap back down. Then we bandaged him up again.

We decided to head to San Angelo, TX because of an article Shannon sent me a little while ago. http://travel.yahoo.com/p-interests-38846833

We drove through what is considered Old Town and by Fort Concho.  We then decided to park down by Concho Avenue in downtown San Angelo. Concho Avenue is historic because it was the first street in Santa Angelo.  We spent some time walking up and down the street going in and out of stores. There were some really cool stores on the street.  The only thing we purchased though were ice cream cones. They were great!! Not as great as the cute dresses I found, but there is no need for new dresses. :(

After we were done downtown we headed to the campground to set up, have some dinner, and do some laundry.

Tomorrow we are heading to the Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico for the weekend.
