Where I stayed
Tombigbee State Park
Tuesday, February 22nd
Today we left Wytheville pretty early and put in a super long drive to get to Tupelo, MS. We decided that we would pick up the Natchez Trace Parkway close to Tupelo. We got to Tombigbee State Park just as it was getting dark. The office was closed but we were able to just pick a spot and pay in the morning for it. We decided since we were getting in to nice weather and at a full hook up site that we should dewinterize our RV. It actually was a much easier process then we thought it was going to be. All went smoothly and we only called our brother in-law Alex once with a question. I think it was basically to confirm that we did it right because it seemed too easy. He said everything sounded good and we started using water inside the RV. It is so nice not to have to run outside to fill up Nash's water bowl or fill up a big basin with water to do the dishes. Basically once we were all done that we cooked some dinner and relaxed the rest of the night.
