The town of Inuyama is about forty minutes from Nagoya by train, and a great place to see small-town Japan in action. We took Rob out there for the day, and walked around the more traditional part of the city. We also went to Inuyama castle (the oldest castle in Japan!), and watched cormorant fishing on the Kiso river.
