So, life goes on here in Ovacik. We are having a lovely time and have met some wonderful neighbours. (I'm using their computer right now in fact!). Morgan has had a great time playing with their grandson and I think I will soon be kicked off the computer so they can play.

Yesterday Yuksil and Violet took us into to Fethiye to the market. We had a great time. Everyone (except poor Andrew) bought themselves something.

There isn't really a lot to say today. We are loving the slower pace of life here. The walks in the mountains and we are bracing ourselves to leave. We will leave on the night bus (11-12 hours!) on the 18th and arrive in Istanbul on the 19th. We fly to Zurich on the 20th where we will visit with my friend Leigh for one night

Our Neighbours

. I haven't seen Leigh in almost 9 years to the day! I am really looking forwad to seeing him again. Then on to England where we will have to ride on the DLR (Julie are you SURE it is safe??) to get from the London City Airport to Gatwick where we leave that evening for Tunisia.

I better go but I will include one picture of Brett taken at the Zurich airport on our way to Turkey. She loves pushing the trolleys.

Hi there my name is Olwen, can I assume that you have moved to Ovacik or did you go on holiday ?

The reason I ask we bought our Place in the Sun in Ovacik in May 2008 with a view to obviously retiring there. It is truly a fantastic place with breathtaking scenery, yet just a short dolmus journey to the beach at Olu Deniz. We absolutely love the place and describe it as Snowdonia with Sun
