So i took a bus a couple hours south to Hamilton to meet up with Tracey & Ryan but not alone i managed to find a lost soul on the way all the way from Michigan (USA!!! USA!!! USA!!!) It was a very scenic drive down, i've never seen sooo much green, sloping hills and cows, yes coes oh and sheep the welsh would love it here...remember its not gay unless you push back!! This was more of what i expected of New Zealand and was a very pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of Auckland!

It was cool to see the Bar Me guys again and had loads to talk about, we had a good old fish and chips but instead of cod had some snapper....sooo much tastier than cod. but still not real fish and chips! We were pretty shattered so had a bti of a lye in which was much needed and then headed off to the zoo. You'd think once you've seen 1 zoo you have seen them all but not the case, see some weird and wacky animals which kept us amused for the afternoon.

To my surprise Tracey turned round and said we were heading to turange or something like that on the east coast to go and stay on Ryan's dad's and uncles boat which was friggin sweet. We arrive at about 8pm popped in to see Ryan's dad and then headed to the Hot pools! They should have these in every country, it like lots of mini outdoor jacuzzi's but they are salt water and a lot hotter. After a while i could barely see coz of teh salt water which the others found hilarious, i may have resembled from the middle east!

The boats were about 40 foot i guess 1 fishing and 1 yacht, we stayed up til late playing cards and having a couple drinks. pretty sweet considering i didn't even expect to be there, aye bro? After a late night we woke to a glorious sunny morning and headed to Rotorua, for a spot of fun. First we did Hydro-Zorbing, which is basically rollign down a steep hill in a giant hamster ball flapping around in water. It was pretty hard to stand and you were lucky to make it to the first corner. It was all over pretty quick and although i enjoyed it it didn't really last long enough. So now i've done it i wouldn't do it again. oh plus the fact we stood at the top of the hill in a cold wind for 20 minutes didn't really add to the experience!

Next stop Luging! for those who don't know what it is you head to the top of a hill via a gondala and race down various different tracks in a plastic go-kart with 3 wheels. This was awesome racing down the different tracks with signs clearly stating no racing, barging or overtaking....like hell we adhered to that! on teh second track Ryan spun me 180 degrees on a bend it was hilarious. Anotehr race 3 of us were locked together and Sam rammed me off the, the last time the yank got 1 over on me! :-p yeah it was all good fun we had 6 races in total but to be honest I could have stayed all day. Only worrying thing is they let people on there with babies sat on their laps, nto a good idea when there are women on the road!!

We had some luch on the top of the hill with stunning views of lake Rotorua, which is huge but apparently comapred to others in NZ its tiny!

Next off was back over to Hamilton for dinner, Ryan cooked some awesome tuna that they had caught on his dad's boat a few days previous. It was delicious i've eaten so much fish i think i might turn into 1, but i guess it would be an improvement on my current state! lol We played cards until early hours after being taught up and down the river which i think if we could we would play until it was physically impossible to play anymore, its so addictive!

Next day we headed overr to see Ryan's sister at a horse show where she won 3rd place for walking round with a horse and stuff. Then onto see Tracey at work and say bye, apparently its really hard for women to find work and start up a career over here not too sure why thats just the way it is.

Sam and I jumped on the bus back upto Auckland where I'm gonna stay free of charge for the night, just because i can. I've got an early start tomo (2nd November) as i'm heading up to the bay Islands (Pahia). I'll probably stay there for a night or 2 depending on whats going on, looking forward to it as i feel i've exhausted Aukland now after heading over to mission bay today!

Big love to everyone. take care

Love ME!!
