We spent the rest of our trip in ba doing some more touristy things.

We headed out to visit the Palermo zoo, where you can throw food to most of the animals. It was pretty busy because it was holidays!

We also visited the recoleta cemetery, a huge cemetery where the rich and famous of buenos aires are buried. It is a large site with very impressive burial sites with statues.

One evening we did the argentine experience, where we learnt to make empanadas, drank red wine, ate steaks, learnt to make mate and alfajores (delicious sweet biscuits with dolce de leche (caramel) dipped in chocolate and coconut). Was a great night, topped off by the fact one of the other guests seth, was Swedish sleight of hand expert, who's won many awards. He performed some tricks which were outstanding.

We also did a walking of la boca, a neighborhood of buenos aires famous for the soccer team la boca juniors and colorful houses. We went to the la boca stadium, la bombonera, to see the museum and stadium. Then we walked around the colorful houses. A great day!
