Dijon will always be unfortunately remembered for the rain, which constantly had us seeking shelter within the tent. An idealic train ride along the lake into Dijon was the last time the sun was to be seen. The town of Dijon was very small and had a very medieval feel about some of its narrow and winding streets. After a couple of days drowning here we decided to make a swim for it and head upstream towards Switzerland.
