In coming to Cairnes, the Great Barrier Reef is a must do!!! I was a bit fed up of snorkelling from the Whit Sunday Islands but i knew i had to go to the Barrier Reef. It was brilliant, the shapes of the coral was amazing, it was like another world down there. I was really pleased because i found Nemo, there were two of them swimming in the Anemone. I also swam next to a turtle which was beautiful, they swim so gracefully.

I also went to the Atherton Tablelands to see some lovely waterfalls. I went to the Millaa Millaa Falls that have been used in lots of TV ads, such as the Timotei shampoo ad years ago. Apparantly it was where Peter Andre filmed the Mysterious Girl video, but that may have been a rumour. They were gorgeous, i had a swim in there although it was freezing. I also went to Josephine falls, the boulders at Babinda and a Volcanic Crater lake which a spotted some turtles in.

Last night was St Paddy's night, i have two Irish Girls, Nicola and Michelle in my room so i had a big night out with them. Most nights have been spent in a club called the Woolshed, all good fun!!!
