Aztec Ruins National Monument, Colorado

Today, we went to Aztec National Monument. Guess what? I got another Junior Ranger badge. The ruins were great. We went in some of the buildings and a Kiva. Some of the buildings still had roofs on from the 1200s. There was a big drought in the 1200s and all the Indians left and headed south to the Rio Grande River. We drove three hours to Santa Rosa, New Mexico. We stopped along the way and I got a ceremonial arrow to hang on my wall. Mamaw is going to make sure that it is high on my wall because Ethan might kill someone with it. Mamaw bought jewelry, again. I was able to swim in the pool at the campground.
