This could be called the "Bonus" Event . . .the day after the International Symposium on Fireworks they always seem to have an extra all day trip that you can opt to go on. No work, no business, just an outing to somewhere interesting.

This year it was a long bus ride, plus ferry across to Gozo, a nice dinner, and then a VERY long walk to a small church (as churches in Malta go) that was having it's feast day.

We saw traditional Maltese aerial and ground firework displays by Gozitan pyrotechnic factories. This event was held concurrently with the annual cultural event organized by Gharb local council Seher il-Punent.
