The Asian colors and designs were a photographers delight, and inspired me to do a Chinese themed Christmas tree with the decorations sold for Chinese New Years . . . hey after I put them up I don't have to hurry taking them down and I can use them for doing two holidays! Even though most Chinese are Buddist based on the little shrines in every store.

I was born in a year of the Rooster . ... so that gave me something to search for . . .

Looks to me like the designers of the China Town sign had a can of Camble's Soup sitting on the counter!

Los Angeles Chinatown
This is a wonderful introduction to the beauty of Chinese architecture, design, and use of vibrant colors! I would love to see this first-hand, but it is not likely---so I see it through Jackie's experienced eye and very fine photographic genious.
