There are 7 of these grand buildings in Moscow that are identical. They are called the "Seven Sisters" and are all an equal distance away from, and around the Kremlin.  As you drive around you get the feeling of "Have I been here before?" They are now a hospital, a university, hotels  and office and government buildings.
