We were real excited to get on a plane and head to Spain where we would be sitting on the beach soaking up some sun! We had a bit of time in the morning before we had to go to the airport so we headed back to the tower to take a few more pictures before we were off.

Our flight was unremarkable except that the whole plane erupted in clapping and screams when we took off, landed and finally stopped; there is nothing that I(James) hates more than when people do that!....maybe if an engine blew and we made a safe crash landing, then peole could cheer for that.

We managed to decipher the metro map and got to our hotel to bask in the A/C before making a plan. We decided to see how long it would take to walk to the beach, 25min. Once we arrived we stopped at a little stand to get a drink and a bite to eat. We surveyed the beach and were happy to see sand instead of pebble beach like in Croatia which was nice.
