We got up at about 7:30am for our 8:47am train so we could make sure everything was packed up and to make sure we took care of everything we told Diane we would since they're gone to Canada. When we were ready we went downstairs to the greenhouse and Sylvia and Amy walked us to the station. We said our good byes and then we were off on our next month alone; it was hard leaving the only familiar home we`ve had in half a year!
Our 8 hour train ride went off without a hitch until we arrived in Paris and were told that our Eurail pass didn't work for the train from central Paris to further outsife the city where our hotel was located so we were forced to spend 24 Euros on return tickets to get there. When we arrived at the station we weren't entirely sure where our hotel was but thankfully someone walking buy asked if we needed help and walked us towards where our hotel was. This was completely unexpected but very much appreciated!
