Thursday morning saw us waking up quite late. Vlad and Ivan decided prepare for leaving on Saturday. We then realised that we had to leave the apartment on the Saturday, but our train didn't leave until Sunday!! We needed another night in Prague, that just happened to be Saturday night!! Oh, how terrible!! We had to spend another day in Prague!!
To celebrate we went to the food stall in the square to have lunch then went over the Charles Bridge to the Medieval bar to say hello to the "love" of Ivan's life, the very beautiful Daniella. Now unfortunately Vlad didn't have his phone, so no photos can be posted of the very beautiful Daniella, but Buffy did take a photo so patience all, there will eventually be a photo of the very beautiful Daniella posted here.
We got "stuck" at the bar because it started raining, and the walk to the other side of the Charles bridge was very long, and we would have been soaked. The beer was wet and the scenery was good, and so we settled in for the afternoon. It was still raining when we left so we were soaked by the time we got to the Mexican place for a beer and had something to eat before having a shower. Ivan was very disappointed that "cate blanchett" nor Teresa were working. However we did talk Morena, a hot hot girl from Arisona who actually had a cup cake business and was looking for business in Prague. After dinner and a shower Ivan and Vlad headed to "James Dean" bar for LIIT's and B52 shots, but there wasn't much action there so it was down to an English bar for a few beers. At this point the week was taking its toll on Vlad, trying to keep up with Ivan, so he had to head home about midnight. Ivan stayed out, went to Coyotes where he had a very nice time with a swede girl.
Friday was a very good day to start because he Vlad got his phone back!!! Not that he could actually do anything else with it without wi-fi because he stupidly didn't get the phone unlocked before leaving home. Clearly the girl at Highpoint Virgin had NFI as well because she said Vlad didn't need to!!
It was then off to the Irish bar to watch the footy. Vlad has never seen anyone barrack so hard for a team not his own than Ivan barracked for Geelong. It made Vlad sick (because Vlad really wanted Port to win). This ended up being a big big day, because we met a number of great people, including Jason and Brad from the Latrobe Valley. We had dinner at the open bar on the square where Ivan and Vlad had slabs of ham cut right off the bone in front of them. Delicious!! Then it was back to the Mexican place where they were having a seven year anniversary party. It went off that night, the tequila was flowing freely, Ivan made a speech to the room when the band took a break and we started chatting to a local Czech girl and her two Italian friends. Ivan had big eyes for the Czech girl who was ultra cute.
Saturday morning was slow since it had been a particularly big night the night before, but Ivan and Vlad had to move hotels, which the mew one was only around the corner, thankfully!! Ivan went straight to the Irish bar, because the next game of footy has being played. Vlad on the other hand went out to take some photos if various places, since he'd been without his phone for so long. Jason was at the Irish bar when Vlad turned up in the Second quarter. Another huge day ensued as Brad showed up looking a little worse for wear. It was super Saturday as every game of sport conceivable was being played, including the NRL, Rugby international, EPL and other euro soccer games, and even the hurling from Ireland. Vlad and Ivan started chatting to a big Texan girl who think was named Shona, but both Ivan and Vlad can't remember. We showed her around to all the great places to go and Surprise surprise, had a big night that went well into the we small hours.
We had to catch the train the next day for Dresden, which was a real hard slog after eight nights in Prague, but we got the train without issue and made our way to Dresden.
