So that was a very quick week, I must say so. I don't even know where the time went. Alls I know is that tomorrow morning, I need to be up before the sun in order to make it on my "weekend excursion" which will consist of White-Water Rafting (18 miles, grades III-IV rapids) and then continuing our trip to Puerto Viejo for the noche. It should be a good time, providing the rapids don't kick my butt.

Today we took our test. It was probably the hardest test I've had here, which is a good thing. I did well on most of it, except the entire section on the subjunctive tense, which is ridiculously hard. But at least all that other stuff that was hard isn't as hard now. It's kind of like if you have a pain on your left foot and you concentrate a lot on that pain, it will continue to hurt. But then if your right foot gets hurt, you focus your energy to that pain and magically your left one stops hurting and gets better... Okay, so that might not have been the best analogy, but I thought it worked at the time.

Anyways, after our test, we watched a GREAT movie (in spanish, with english sub t�tulos) called "Valentin." It was a really interesting movie. If you're into foreign films you would probably like it.

I'm really excited about this upcoming weekend because I hear it's supposed to be one of the best rivers to raft in throughout the whole world.

Well, that's it for now. I'm off to dinner.
