Hearing of the famed golden roof how excited was I. Sadly its kind of small and not really that easy to steal as a souvineer. Still in the mood for something glittering we stopped at the swarovski crystal store for some sparkly things and then took a wander around town and oops distracted by things we had to run for the bus...very fast! It actually took us quite some time to find our way back to the bus with bemused locals wondering what on earth we were on about but eventually we found the Golden Roof again and were able to work our way onto the bus..

Innsbruck was also host to a Winter Olympics and they left the ski jump in - but I wasn't allowed on it. Still it was pretty high up so perhaps that's a good thing..
