Hello everyone.

Got the bus to Melaka yesterday morning from Singapore. Singapore was interesting but we were losing money fast lol and decided it was better to move on. Despite the fact that there is a huge deal made about Melaka with travelers and in the books there is not that much here to be completely honest so although we have enjoyed our two days here we have decided to move on to pastures new tomorrow (Kuala Lumpur).

Today we went into town to look at the old colonial buildings (there is quitre a few as it has been owned by the chinese, dutch, portuguese and the british at one time. There were plenty of things to see and we enjoyed our ride around chinatown on a rickshaw but not enough stuff to make it worth staying any longer and everyone here are older than us.

Missing you all but tired and the computer not that great so going to leave the detail till another day and another city. no pics due to connection speed but will put some on soon.

Hi Guys,

As always, it's good to know your safe. Sounds like you're having a brill time. So Signapore was rinsing all your cash. I bet there's so much tempation there. It'll be good to see some pics.

It's Leeds and Reading festival this weekend. It reminds me of you two. The girls are coming up to Leeds tomorrow for the weekend. Really looking forward to seeing them.

Not sure if you've been in touch with the folks much. They're fine. They can not log onto your blog though to save their lives!!! Andy is going to come round to show them how to access it.

finally got to see your blog.glad you enjoyed raffles take lots of pictures of kuala lumpur for us and reccomendations for things to see. grandma xxstill in hospital but doing o.k. keep on enjoying yourself and see you in six weeks.
