Luxor temple was our last stop in Egypt. Temp is 109 now and I'm a bit red in the face. We return to the temple near our hotel that we photographed last night at dusk. Luxor is a lot like Karnak,and that's a good thing. The statues are huge, the heiroglyphs cut deeply into the stone. Note the "street" they are currently unearthing that runs from Karnak to Luxor temple. Three kilometers long with a sphinx like statue every two meters on each side. 3,000 little sphinxs. Once again, the pictures tell the story.
