OK so we went to a place called The Alamo today which is an hostirical building where the Texas Revolution became famous. The Americans make me laugh because San Antonio was completely Mexican i.e. part of Mexico and after they had defeated the Americans, the Americans got a little annoyed, so they ambushed the Mexicans whilst they were having a little siesta! I guess it pays not to have an afternoon snooze.

Anyhow, the town is nice and we went to the riverside for lunch afterwards which is this cool line of Mexican restaurants along an entirely man-made river.
