Along the way we passed a seaside town, Mooloolaba, where we heard about an interesting wreck dive: the HMAS Brisbane. Luckily the second dive shop still had two spots for the next day, so we booked it and then went to the nearest campsite, next to a beautiful rainforest where we had a walk, until we realized the mozzies even bit through our clothes and then it turned into a jogging session.
The next day we went to the dive shop, got geared up, briefed and jumped in the boat. The first dive was above and around the wreck, which was full of coral and many multicoloured fish. The second dive was inside the ship and for the first the time we swam through the rooms and corridors, which was a pretty amazing experience!
