We were allowed to tie to sea wall at Gruz the next day while we waited for Hilary to find her way to us.
Unfortunately this temporary berth meant we weren't really going to see the old town but we weren't too worried as there will be more old places to visit on the way north.
Hilz arrived in one piece almost dwarfed by her back pack, installed in the aft cabin her comment was, "this is heaps bigger than my crew quarters"! We enjoyed catching up and hearing her stories of life aboard CD Two. Google it for a look at it.
Over the next two days we retraced our path back to Slano and Mljet spending a night at each place and then headed north to Korcula.
The weather has now turned very much cooler. Water temperature has dropped below 20 degrees and it takes a bit of courage to go for a swim. One particular person, well Chris to be exact, has the most aversion to this.
