Enjoy this wonderful Holiday with family and friends, enjoy the food and celebrate!
Even though you are not with Paul and me today you will definitely be in my heart throughout this beautiful day...
I am soooo excited as my babies are here and we will all be spending the day at Friend's house near Cambridge... 17 people total will be attending the dinner which will be composed of 2 humongous turkeys (25 lbs and 15 lbs) which Paul brined, and one of them will also be smoked in Tracy homemade smoke house, homemade sausages (Paul and Sam got together last Monday to make those yummy delicacies), homemade mozzarella made with local farm fresh milk and of course my homemade bread... Everyone else will be bringing different dishes from appetizers to vegetables to desserts... Alexandra is bringing a caisse of wine along with her, some of them will be quite remarkable! What a Feast it will be!!!!
