Jepp.

Ikke mye HMS tankegang her nede gitt. Blir her til sondag og tar litt god, gammeldags badeferie.

Sihanoukville is a city where I expect big changes in near future. They are building new hotels all over the city, Soukha is building two more big hotel complexes in this city. So all the hippie-bars will soon be ordinary places like you find in typical tourist places in south-Europe. I just hope the chef from the hippie-place we went to the other day will have work somewhere her cooking will be appreciated.
Have moved from Cambodia to Thailand. The bus ticket had a total cost of 29 dollars form Sihanoukville to Koh Chang in Thailand. The roads to the border was very bad earlier, but now they have been paved so we did not jump up and down all the way - lucky as we are :-) Thailand is actually helping Cambodia building this road and 4 bridges over the rivers which we had to cross by ferry. Very homemade ferries. Three boats lieing beside eachother, plattform on top and there is room for the bus and all it's passengers. There is even room for a small shop on board. The motor is also very homemade, but the thing works, thats the main thing here. Off course we did not sit inside the bus when crossing the river. But it was all ok. HSE thinking is not a big thing down here.
I am now at the holidayparadise-island Koh Chang. Yesterday I went elephant trekking. We even got to bathe with the elephants. When I sat on top of one of them , scrubbing away, it started scratching here leg against a rock, I was a bit scared she would do harm to my leg then, but in the end she didn't.  I will stay here until sunday for some old fashioned holiday, sunbathing and swimming in the sea with hundreds of other tourists.
