Half of the flight reservations were paid for today.  My hotel costs have graciously been reduced by about 1/2 as well.  Three of my friends - the Lion, Tiger, and Panda - have come through with advice or assistance.  If you three ever need my help in your travels, don't hesitate to ask or move-in rent-free!

Tomorrow I have to decide what I will do on the last few days.  Monday I call the visa expeditor and county health clinic for shots.  The thought of paying someone to pick up my visas makes me cringe.  Will he be able to get all of them and do it in a timely manner??  As long as it all goes well, I won't worry about the price much.  I'm 500 miles from the consulate, so the travel cost might exceed the expeditor.

I've been told that if I don't see or do certain things, not to bother coming home...thanks a lot (haha)!  I will be back!
