Day 1 of our travel adventure. We got to central station in Nijmegen, planning on getting on the 10:15 train, which left 3 minutes early.....so we got on the next train, which was delayed 10 minutes. To get to the island of Terschelling, from Nijmegen, there are 2 stops, which we were able to catch up on time and catch. We got to Harglingen, and the train that runs to the harbour, quit running. So, we had to get on a bus, but of course missed the ferry that goes directly to the island. We waited 2.5 hours until the next ferry came. We wandered into town and played a little music on the streets, took some photos, and waited for the next ferry.
