Mark likes to take his groups to Arica, Chile, which is only about 30 minutes south of Tacna, so he can show them the difference between the two countries. If you have traveled south of Orange County and into Mexico, you have an idea of what it's like (Chile being more like the USA).

Apparently, the guys found one of the best restaurants in Arica. You'll see the towers below piled up with various kinds of meat.
