We are having a wonderful time still in Budappest. It is begining to get cold though and we are being reminded of how wonderful the weather is always at home. It has been really fun seeing all the cultural differences, and the magnificent buildings that are constantly being restored, with loving care to the orginal architecture.

The food here is great, and is very familiar to me because my Mom fixed many of these dishes for my Dad, who was Hungarian.

We met a wonderful couple that were here on business, originally from Belgium, that have just recently relocated to Prague. Gerda, showed Ilona all around Budapest, and now shopping will be oh so much more productive.

I (Ilona) am doing this entry, and Scott will be doing the captions and the titles on the photos, so I just want everyone to know, I take no responsibility if he goes off on some tangent!!

We will be here a few more days, then we will be off to Barcelona and hopefully it will be just a bit warmer there.. Well, I must go, the stores are about to open!

Great pictures! Looks pretty cold! I love the picture of the woman on the Christmas tree. It's a combination of 'A Christmas Story' and 'National Lampoons European Vacation' gone wrong!!! Anyways, I hope you guys are having a blast and eating lots of tasty food!!! I love and miss you both!!!
