So we've been to Elvis' home, what an incredible place. The house doesn't look as big as you would expect when you drive up to the front.

The actual house remains the same but many of the other buildings now house museum exhibits. His squash court is now full of awards and outfits.

We did the 'Platinum' tour which also took us to the car museum, including the pink and purple Cadillacs, and his 2 planes.

I came away a little melancholy after seeing the piano he played the morning of his death and the car he drove that same morning.

However, I'm not sure how he would have coped with getting old.

Off to Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry tomorrow.

I'll upload photos when we get to Gatlinburg on Saturday.
