Well then Copacabana is the ultimate place for it.
They like to decorate their cars and trucks with lots of holy souvenirs (including a cilinder hat) and spray them with beer or champagne while the priest blesses them. He also likes to sing with a loud speaker from 6am....lovely. The Vatican is nothing compared to this place!
A part from the pilgrimage stuff Copacabana is a lovely lake side town (Titicaca is massive!) much more laid back than La Paz and with interesting Inca ruins scattered around. The most impressive would be the horca del Inca, a stone solar calendar up on the top of a hill, quite hard to reach at this altitude, especially when you miss the path and walk on a steep slope instead. They could really do with few more signs!
