We drove through Mt Hotham on our way to Dinner Plain. Dinner Plain is the main accommodation area of the mountain. Our first stop was The Dog Sled Tour. It was sooooooo much fun, there was also a puppy huskie called shadow he was really cute. Renee went first, than kath & lastly me. Nae & I had a drive of the sled which was really scary because I felt like I was going to fall off. While we were waiting for each one of us we just took photos & had a couple of snow fights.
That took over an hour to do & than we went for a drive around Dinner Plain & went & had lunch, the first place we went too didn’t serve lunch until 12:30 & the next place was closed. We finally found a pub that was serving lunch woo hoo. After a feed Les our guide said that there was bad weather coming in so we better get going. While Les was getting the car us girls had an impromptu snow fight. We all ganged up on Renee which was fun. We than went back down the mountain. Still the visibility was shit, but you take the good with the bad & at least we can say that we had snow fall on us.
We got back to the cabin around 3:30ish & stoked up the fire to prepare for a night of NCIS & master chef watching. Kath & Nae went & returned our snow boots while I & Belinda chilled.
It was a great day, something none of us who will never forget.
