A Food fest ... ( I think not ) !!! but here are the shows we went to , pretty magnificent and impressive. These deserved their own entries so have put several days of food, questionable drink and shows separately they include A Tang Dynasty dinner and Sichuan Opera and of course a Peking Duck Dinner : yum ,yum ... OR WAS IT ?!? Sharks fin soup too . mmmmmmmm tasty !! ( They went to the effort of fashioning little tiny dumplings to look like sharks teeth which bobbed around in the soup !! !!! ) To be fair, tasted a lot better than we thought. In 7 days we tried soup of every colour of the rainbow!!! ......... We don't recommend the pastel pink dishwater one though..... 9 of us tried it at the Peking duck banquet on day 4 (and each one of us gagged), to this day none can explain what it actually tasted of , nor were any of us brave enough or remotely inclined) to ask exactly what was in it either !!!!
